Email Integration
BigContacts offers a powerful tool that we call our email “dropbox” that allows you to automatically capture incoming emails and store them to the appropriate contact records. The system will automatically sort incoming emails and store them in the appropriate contact record. Another great example of how this system captures and stores all client history in one comprehensive view. After an email has been recieved and stored to the contact record you can also Reply, Reply All or Forward that email directly from the contact record.
Team Calendar
BigContacts includes a full featured Team Calendar that makes it easy to track your meetings as well as the events for everyone on your team. The calendar offers three primary views (day, week, and month views). BigContacts also offers a free “Google Sync” module that will allow you to add, edit or delete meetings in either BigContacts or Google calendar and have them instantly synchronize between the two programs. This new synchronization module offers a number of great features that we wanted to let you know about. Finally, we offer a free plugin that will enable you to synchronize your Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Emails between Outlook and your BigContacts account. The BigContacts Outlook synchronization plugin is currently available for Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.
